Kevin Mackintosh
Executive Vice President, Trilogy Financial

Kevin leads the staff in the Torrance Regional Center as they assist clients with working towards their financial goals. He believes that having open communication and helping the client clearly define their goals are key to client success. Kevin continues to work with his own clients and on growing his knowledge of the financial services industry in addition to roles as Vice President.

Born and raised in Orange County, Kevin attended California State University, Long Beach, where he graduated with degrees in Economics and Small Business Administration. He entered the financial services industry shortly after graduating in 1988.

Kevin has 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, giving him the perspective to excel as a trainer and leader. Along with his longtime business associate, Jeff Motske, he founded Trilogy Financial in 1999 on the idea that to be successful in today’s economic environment, clients need optimistic, objective, nonproprietary and independent financial advice based on each person’s unique situation. Since its founding, Trilogy has grown to 11 offices with more than 200 employees and as of July 31, 2018, Trilogy Capital currently serves over $2.5 billion in brokerage and advisory assets.

Kevin is a LPL Registered Principal and an Investment Advisory Representative with Trilogy Capital, Inc. He also holds FINRA registrations 7, 24 and 63 with LPL Financial, the Series 65 with Trilogy Capital, Inc., and also holds California Insurance Licensesfor Life & Health, Annuity, and Long Term Care.

Kevin and his wife Dayna live in Torrance. They are the proud parents of three great children and enjoy family time, traveling, camping, cycling, swimming and a wide variety of outdoor activities. Kevin has been active in the scouting movement for over 35 years. He is also the Scout Master of Troop 851 located in Torrance.
